What We Do

At most meetings, we proceed as follows:

  1. Arrival
    • We take a few minutes to gather get seated
    • The servers take drink orders
  2. Welcome
    • A member welcomes all
    • One member is asked to state our purpose
    • All are asked to make their lunch selection
    • Members complete and pass Lead & Referral forms
  3. Introduction of Guests
  4. Educational Minute
    • Our Education Officer gives a brief business lesson
  5. Each member summarizes their business for 30 seconds
  6. Guests briefly describe their business
  7. Members may make “Public Service” announcements
  8. A member presents for 7 minutes
    • Around this time, lunch begins being served
  9. A second member presents for 7 minutes
  10. Each member announces recent leads and referrals
  11. Brief discussion on upcoming events
  12. The number of leads & referrals passed is announced
  13. Meeting adjourns
